2027 KAS Cat Calendar Contest
It is that time of year again for our annual cat photo contest! Do you have a great photo of your cat(s)? We'd love to have you submit them for our 2027 calendar contest! We will be accepting photos from the public until May 30st. The public voting on the photo contest will be from June 4 to June 12.
Every year we do a photo contest to determine the photos featured in our annual calendar. The public submits their favorite cat photos, and then we hold a contest for everyone to vote on their favorite photos. The top 13 photos are featured in our calendar!

Calendar Contest Timeline
- Photo submissions will be accepted from April 28 to May 30
- Public voting will be held from June 4 to June 12
- Calendars will be available for purchase starting in late Fall

Photo Requirements
- Square or landscape (NOT portrait)
- The photo must include a cat, and can also include other pets, no humans
- Photos must be in focus and clear from obstruction
- Photo must be of high quality, at least 1.5 MB (1,500 KB) in size
- Photos cannot have any text or logos
- Professional photos must include written permission by the photographer
- The photo must be submitted by the owner of the cat, or with written permission of the owner (with permission of the owner included with the submission)
- The photo cannot have been a winning photo in a past KAS Calendar Photo Contest
- Only one photo per household may be submitted.
