Giving Tuesday – Chucky Fund for cats requiring emergency medical attention
This year, Giving Tuesday will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd. We will be running a Facebook fundraiser https://www.facebook.com/KingdomAnimalShelter and accepting donations through our website: https://www.kingdomanimalshelter.com/donate.html
Funds donated via Facebook and our website on Giving Tuesday will go into our Chucky Fund to help support shelter cats with significant challenges.
Chucky was a beautiful male tuxedo that Kingdom Animal Shelter rescued in the first years of the shelters existence. He was extremely ill and no one could figure out what was wrong.
During treatment, it became apparent that some expensive testing was needed for Chucky. KAS requested support for the community to help pay for the testing and the community responded with the needed donations. And with these donations, the Chucky Fund was born.

The Chucky Fund has been used to help many cats since its inception including Ozzie who needed surgery to remove polyps in her nose that made breathing difficult and Molly, a current KAS resident who has had multiple surgeries to remove malignant growths.
Kingdom Animal Shelter thanks you all for your continued support of the Chucky Fund.
Happy Holidays to All,
