Spotlight on Carter

​Carter has eyes that will melt your heart.
You want to scoop him up and take him home and comfort him and tell him, everything is going to be alright.
He is a beautiful, mostly white feline boy, with some tiger markings.  He was adopted from Kingdom Animal Shelter about 5 years ago.  His owner is now moving to senior housing where they cannot have cats…so Carter has come full circle…for now.  But we are hopeful that soon he will have a new home as an only pet with someone who is home a lot and can love him up and dote on him.
